[ALL] Item Quantity will only sync from QuickBooks to Zoho
When setting mapping for either QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online to Zoho CRM, bear in mind that due to a limitation, only Zoho can accept new product quantity information; that same information cannot be synced back to QuickBooks if a quantity is updated in Zoho CRM.
Avoiding this problem is not as facile as simply not updating product quantities in Zoho CRM. Rather, to resolve this in certain scenarios, you must not have the QuickBooks quantity field mapped in Zoho CRM at all. Please refer to this list to determine which scenarios allow for quantity mapping in the integration:
Sync items from QuickBooks to Zoho only: Quantity mapping OK
Sync items from Zoho to QuickBooks only: Do not map quantity at all
Sync items bidirectionally between Zoho and QuickBooks: Do not map quantity at all
Please remember to update mapping to reflect this for all item types as necessary, not just inventory (the default setting for this integration).
