Populating all Item fields in the QuickBooks Online Zoho integration

[QBO] Why can't I see my products mapping or transactions mapping?

If you use our Zoho QuickBooks Online integration and, upon logging in for the first time, you don't see any field mapping options possible for items or products, this is an easy problem to fix.
Solution 1: Check your Zoho CRM subscription and upgrade to at least the Professional version if necessary.  Only Zoho CRM Professional edition and above supports the products module and other transactional modules like invoices, quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.  If you are already on Professional edition or above (or a free trial of one of those editions), proceed to Solution 2.

The integration populates mapping options for items or products by observing which fields are in use by inventory-type items, so the integration will not see fields that are not in use by at least one of your inventory items.
Solution 2: Create a test record (or an actual record) in QuickBooks Online that utilizes all possible fields. The integration will use these filled fields to populate the integration dashboard, and after 10 minutes or so you'll be able to map Zoho fields to these QuickBooks fields.
